By using HunterPod services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not accept these terms, you should not use our services.

Description of Service

HunterPod is an online service and browser extension that automatically upvotes ProductHunt launches from other users. Users must pay a fee ($10 for a single launch or $25 for unlimited launches) and register with a valid email address to access the service. Users can submit launches via the dashboard on the HunterPod website or on the extension, but no personal information is collected through the browser extension itself, which solely functions to upvote other users' launches.

Registration and User Account

To use HunterPod, you must register by providing a valid email address. No password is required for account creation. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

Use of Service

You agree to use HunterPod in accordance with these ToS and applicable laws. You commit not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Disrupt, damage, or alter the functioning of the service.
• Impersonate another user or a third party.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to HunterPod, including the data generated by the service, belong to HunterPod or its licensors. Users are granted a license to use the generated data for personal purposes, subject to any conditions outlined in the applicable Data Usage License.

Payment and Refunds

Payments for HunterPod services can be made using credit or debit cards, Google Pay, PayPal, Link, Blik, Bancontact, EPS, iDEAL, and Klarna. Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where HunterPod is unable to deliver the promised service due to a technical failure.

Limitation of Liability

HunterPod shall not be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its services. The user acknowledges using the service at their own risk and peril.

Termination

HunterPod reserves the right to suspend or terminate your user account and your access to the service, without notice and without incurring liability, in case of violation of these ToS or applicable laws.

Amendments to ToS

HunterPod reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Amendments will take effect upon their publication on the site. It is your responsibility to consult the ToS regularly and keep yourself informed of any possible changes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the use of HunterPod shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts, unless a mandatory provision of the law of the user's country of residence requires the application of another law or jurisdiction. By using HunterPod, you expressly accept the jurisdiction of French courts to settle disputes, unless the law of your country of residence requires the application of another law or jurisdiction.
